Nothing on this platform constitutes: - Financial advice - Investment advice - Tax advice - Legal advice - Accounting advice Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions. CostSaver AI and its products are not registered investment advisors.

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activity that occurs under your account - Providing accurate information when creating your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

BudgetPlan AI offers a free tier and a one-time paid full report ($5). Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our service (AI-generated plans are delivered instantly), all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your plan, contact us within 7 days at support@costsaverai.com for a full refund.

You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our service - Share your account credentials with others - Use the service to harass, harm, or defraud others - Attempt to circumvent payment requirements - Use automated tools to generate plans at scale without permission Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The BudgetPlan AI platform, brand, and all associated content are owned by CostSaver AI. Your financial plans generated by the AI are yours to use for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated plans without written permission.

AI-generated financial plans are based on the information you provide. The quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of your inputs. We make no guarantee that: - Plans are accurate, complete, or up-to-date - Investment recommendations will perform as described - Business ideas will be profitable - Goal timelines are achievable Past performance of investment types mentioned is not indicative of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CostSaver AI and BudgetPlan AI shall not be liable for: - Any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on our plans - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data or service interruptions - Third-party service failures (Stripe, Supabase, etc.) Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may: - Modify or discontinue features with notice - Perform scheduled maintenance - Experience unexpected outages We are not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
